We are an established and successful electrical and data contractor, installing high end integrated systems to the very highest of standards in high-end residential projects, commercial and retail environments such as supermarkets.
Due to our increasing pipeline of business we are now seeking an experienced Projects Administrator to join our team and support our Project Managers with various administrative tasks.
Experience of the construction or electrical sector would be an advantage, although it’s not essential. The right candidate will have a proven track record in an administrative/co-ordination role. You will need to possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications, be process-led and have a well-structured way of working
You will be assisting in planning work schedules, assisting in recruitment of new engineers, engineer compliance, booking travel and hotels, liaising with engineers and labour, communicating with clients, suppliers, site staff, etc. You will be highly efficient and organised and a full UK driving license would be preferable.
This role will be a pivotal one within the company. You will be mostly office-based at our Birstall head office although you may be required to attend client and site meetings. In return we are offering a starting salary of £14,000 – £16,000 with a significant opportunity to progress within the company over time.
